Due to the continued closure of the library, the Friends held the Annual General Meeting virtually on May 25, 2020. The meeting was held via zoom.
Because the Library is closed due to the Covid-19 crisis, the AGM for the Friends of the Library has been postponed indefinitely.

PLEASE come to the City Hall on Tuesday October 8th at 7pm.
The City of Beaconsfield will consult with residents about how to enhance our future Library and Cultural Activities.
We need you there to give input for our future Library. This is probably the most important issue for the Friends at the moment - PLEASE be there!

On Wednesday, September 25, the Library celebrated the launch of the improved version of Enterprise, the Beaconsfield Library online catalog.

The thought-provoking movie 12 Angry Men was shown at the Library on Friday September 27. This event was sponsored by the Friends of the Beaconsfield Library.
Used Book Sale
The Fall is time to gear up for our annual Used Book Sale. We could use some help at the collection of books on Saturday, September 21 and Saturday October 5th from 12 noon to 4 pm .
If you could spare any time during those hours it would be appreciated.
Also, if you have any books to discard, please bring them to the Library Discovery Room.)
